I previously worked as a Key Account Manager in a service-focused company, so I am already familiar with several concepts covered in this course, including transition planning for new clients or stakeholders. Some of the deeper details are new to me, but overall, the course provides an excellent and comprehensive overview of the key topics in Key Account Management.
